It has come to our attention that children are not being supervised around the main pool area and especially in the Spa!
* Safety and the County Health Department require that children under 14 cannot enter the pool area without an adult present and must be under constant supervision.
* Children must not run on the pool concrete deck.
* Children under 14 CANNOT use the Spa without an adult present in the spa and children under 5 are not allowed at all!
* Swim masks, fins, snorkels and any water accessories are strictly prohibited in the SPA.
* No jumping into the SPA..
* The Ph and chemical mix in the Spa are not meant for excess heavy usage. Obey the maximum number of persons allowed in the Spa. The health inspectors can shut the facility down if water testing does not meet state standards.
* It is the responsibility of the PARENTS and RESIDENTS to follow the posted rules and supervise their children and guests.
We take these rules seriously and effective immediately, if the pool manager, Board member or homeowner sees or reports violations, the Board of Directors may request a hearing and apply disciplinary action and/or fines. This could be a week to a month suspension from the pool and/or $100-$200 fines.
